Shipping & Delivery
Processing
Orders are packed and dispatched from our atelier in Lahore within 10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing may take longer during sales and peak seasons.
Pakistan
Flat Rs 200 shipping, nationwide. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch; remote areas may take longer.
International
We ship from Lahore to the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, the UAE, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Israel. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your order's weight and destination. Prices and shipping are charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR); your bank may convert the amount and charge a fee. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier.
Customs & duties
International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping and are paid by the recipient.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we send tracking details by email or SMS. Tracking usually updates within 2 business days.
Addresses
Please check your address carefully. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, reshipping charges apply.
Lost parcels
If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 48 hours and we will open a claim with the courier.
