1. How do I know what size to order?

Check our Size Guide before ordering. Measure your bust, waist, hips and shoulders and compare them with the chart. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

2. Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — within 14 days of delivery, if the item is unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags. Sale and discounted items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective or wrong. See Returns & Exchanges for full details.

3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing them. Email us as soon as possible at posheri.official@gmail.com.

4. Do you ship outside Pakistan?

Yes. We ship from Lahore to the US, UK, Europe, the UAE and more. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination; import duties are paid by the recipient. See Shipping & Delivery.

5. Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?

Currently, we do not offer custom sizing. For selected articles we may be able to guide you on minor adjustments before production — message us on Instagram or email us.

6. How often do you restock sold-out items?

Some pieces are limited edition, but we do restock high-demand styles. Use the “Notify Me” option or follow us on Instagram for updates.

7. I received a defective or wrong item — what should I do?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve it promptly.
