1. How do I know what size to order?
We recommend checking our Size Guide before placing your order. Measure your bust, waist, hips, and shoulders, then compare with our chart. If you're in between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.
2. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. Read our Returns & Exchanges for full details.
3. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@posheri.com.
4. Do you offer custom sizing or alterations?
Currently, we do not offer custom sizing. However, for selected articles, we may be able to guide you on minor adjustments before production β feel free to message us on Instagram or email for inquiries.
5. How often do you restock sold-out items?
Some pieces are limited edition, but we do restock high-demand styles. Use the βNotify Meβ option or follow us on Instagram for updates.
6. I received a defective or wrong item β what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order along with a photo and your order number. We'll resolve the issue promptly.
